One of the leaders of a terrorist militia, formed to oppose the agenda of JANIS. Genthu led and organized the Sub-Phenk alliance, or Rankqaghi. The terrorists planned for a controlled bombing of the linkage between Phenk and neighboring sector Viaqnk-gos; they moved almost exactly one year before the first hour of the first second of the New calendar was instated.
Genthu was borne by a revoked-status family. Since he was no longer guaranteed the birthing rights of under-elites, his genes were not discriminated. When born, the refined populace saw him as exceptionally unattractive. After being developed in the sub-sector alleyways of the city, he was conscripted to manage a line of ghetto-blasters. Him and his formation combatted against the first civilian uprising in sector Phenk, after which Genthu was dismissed for poor performance. He stayed in Phenk after the uprising moved to another, surface-level sector.
